Our olive oil
The extra virgin olive oil (EVO) you can find on the table is of our own production; it comes from 200 olive trees (mix of local variety) in front of the restaurant, planted about 13 years ago. As all the “food lovers” know for sure, the extra virgin olive oil is a valuable product that requires a lot of work and it gets an higher value than the one everyone give to it, both economical and nutritional. We invite you to make a good use of it at our restaurant and all year long, understanding and appreciating this product; it is at the base of our diet and our culture.
